About Me
I’m Jayden, the founder of Kaizen Tutoring. During my time at Edmonds Woodway High School, I developed a passion for helping others understand academic subjects. Whether it was assisting classmates with math problems, reviewing essays, or providing study strategies, I found great satisfaction in making learning more accessible and enjoyable.
The name “Kaizen” comes from a Japanese philosophy meaning “continuous improvement.” I believe in this approach and apply it to my tutoring sessions. My goal is to help middle school students improve gradually in subjects like math, science, and English, while also building their confidence as learners.
Through my experiences in high school, I’ve come to understand how important it is to feel supported during the learning process. School can sometimes feel overwhelming, but with the right guidance, anyone can succeed. My tutoring style focuses on breaking down difficult concepts into manageable steps, so students can feel confident and achieve their academic goals.
